The International Expo (IE) is a virtual pitch event hosted by VANTEC Angel Network, one of BC’s most active communities for early-stage investing. Since 1999, VANTEC has been bringing together Canadian investors, experienced founders, and innovative startups — supporting founders from Canada and around the world. The International Expo offers international founders the opportunity to pitch their ventures to a curated audience of Canadian investors, advisors, and community partners. While participation does not guarantee funding or sponsorship, it significantly increases visibility and opens doors to potential conversations that could lead to investment, business partnerships, or Start-up Visa (SUV) sponsorship.
As a Designated Organization for Canada’s SUV Program, VANTEC supports founders with high-potential, job-creating business ideas who want to build in Canada.
